PROCEDURE OF PLACING YOUR ORDER

You can place your order by following the simple steps below:

I order for the first time:

You are in the main page of the site. Click on the top right area of the page on the PERSON ICON.

Press CREATE ACCOUNT

Complete your details on all the obligatory fields marked with a star *.

Click on the bottom of the page on the “CREATE” tab.

Select the page of the item of your interest and once you choose the pattern, size and quantity, click right below in the marking “ADD TO CART”. This way, your chosen items are automatically added to your basket.

Once you complete your buys, click on the top right area of your page on the “BASKET” icon.

Once you overview your order and check that the shipping address is right, select the shipping details, the payment method and the packaging of your order, click on the “CHECK OUT” 

Congratulations! You have just completed your first order successfully!

ORDERS

Your order is successfully received once you receive an order confirmation email on your personal email account. During the process of every received order, the availability of the ordered items is being confirmed. In case of unavailability of an ordered item, the customer will be informed.

You are obliged to check your order and immediately (2 hours at the latest, since you placed your order) written inform us through e-mail at info@275th.comfor any mistake.

WAYS OF PAYMENT

  • By Cash upon Delivery (available only for Greece and Cyprus)

You pay the courier service or our company’s dispatcher cash as soon as shipment has been delivered to your premises.
All payments by Cash upon Delivery are charged with an extra of €2,50 for Greece and Cyprus.

DELIVERY COSTS

Products can be delivered anywhere throughout the world. All products will be delivered to the shipping address as given to us through your order form, with the delivery service of Biz Courier.

The shipment costs are as follows:

For the area of Attica 2,50€

For Mainland 2,50€

For Islands 2,50 €

For Out of Range 2,50 €

For shipment to Cyprus the costs are either 9 Eur for 5-6 working days or 19 Eur for 1-2 working days

In case you choose to pay by cash upon delivery there is an extra charge of 2,50 € for Greece and Cyprus.

For shipment to any other country of Europe or the world, the costs are arranged through contact with the customer.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once the order is delivered to the courier service, you will receive an informatory email with the tracking code of the shipment.

With this code you have the possibility to track down your order through the website of the courier service (Biz Courier), by inserting the tracking code on the required field.

In case you are absent from the given delivery address, the courier service will leave a warning note with the number of your package, as well as the phone number you will need to call in order to make the appropriate delivery arrangements.

For the rest of Greece     1-2 working days

Out of range areas           1-3 working days

For Cyprus                        1-2 or 5-6 working days

RETURN FAULTY ITEMS

All packages are thoroughly checked from our personnel before their shipment to you. In case you notice any fault, you should send an email at info@275th.com within 2 hours from the delivery time, expressing your worries.

In case that the product is defective and the deterioration is normal, the faulty product is replaced and is reshipped to the customer, on corporate expenses.

In order to accept a product as defective, its deterioration should not be caused by customer’s malpractice. In case we find out that the products deterioration is not caused by natural causes, then the same product is automatically returned to the customer, with all shipment expenses paid by the customer.

 

TERMS OF RETURNS

Returns are implemented in a time frame of 2 business days, from the day that the customer received the order from the courier company. Once you return the product, we can credit your account for a future purchase or a refund.

Returns are being implemented to products that are in perfect condition, have their price tag on, as well as their primary packaging and should include the purchase receipt.

Customers take full responsibility for the safe shipping of the package they are returning.  The best way is to send it registered or by courier service.

You send the product on your charge  with a courier service or postal service, obligatory including a copy of your purchase receipt.

On the same time you should place a new order on the online store, with the product you wish. On the field CUSTOMER NOTES, you should mention that this order is made upon an item change, as well as the purchase receipt number.

Once we receive the product that you will send us, we will begin the procedure of sending you the new order.
